What is an AI influencer?
An AI influencer is a digital persona with its own visual identity, character and backstory — existing purely as generated content. It doesn't pretend to be human. It's something new.
At fakesme we built three: Zofia (Travel · Old Money · Lifestyle), Leon (Men's · Fragrance · Old Money) and Cemetery of Forgotten Books (Book Reviews · Literary).
Step 1: Character Bible
Before you generate the first image, write a 1-page document:
- •Name and age (specific, not "woman 25-35")
- •Backstory (where they're from, what they studied, where they are now)
- •Aesthetic (3 words: e.g. "slow cinematic old money")
- •What they never do (e.g. Zofia never does duck face, never neon)
- •Distinctive features (moles, hair color — bronde balayage, style)
Without this every photo will look different. With it — you have consistency.
Step 2: Generating base assets
We use Higgsfield AI (for video and motion) + Flux Pro Ultra (for static photos).
Base prompt for Zofia:
``
Editorial lifestyle photography, woman early 30s, bronde balayage hair,
natural features, mole under left eye, Old Money aesthetic,
slow cinematic, Leica M11 50mm, analog grain
``
Key: always use the same seeds and reference images — otherwise each session gives a different face.
Step 3: Niches and locations
Each persona needs 3-5 core locations:
- •Zofia: Positano, Vietnam, Bali, Warsaw
- •Leon: Paris, Milano, Warsaw, private library
- •Cemetery: one place only — library by candlelight
Generate minimum 9 assets per location — enough for 3 posts.
Step 4: IG profile
- •Username consistent with character bible
- •Avatar: best single face shot
- •Bio: maximum 4 lines, no wasted characters
- •First 9 posts before launch — so the profile doesn't look empty
Step 5: Consistency vs variety
Biggest mistake: every post looks the same. Solution: same aesthetic, different frames.
Zofia always has warm palette and natural light — but one post is close face, one full body, one product shot with her hand.
What's next?
You have a working persona. Now it's time for brand collabs — how to land your first brand deal as an AI influencer, covered in the next article.
